FAQ

  • What is the cost associated with staging?

My staging fee is $750, which includes a staging consultation to discuss the most effective strategy for your property. This fee also covers the selection of staging materials from a trade-only warehouse, installation, and destaging services. Furniture rental is billed separately with a 30-day minimum. After the initial 30 days, the cost is prorated daily. Delivery and pick-up fees are typically around $300, though this may vary slightly depending on the property's location and the volume of staging materials required.

  • Who delivers?

The staging warehouse has a delivery team that will coordinate delivery and pick up. You will not have to worry about a thing!

  • Do you stage every room?

Not necessarily. We focus on staging the most impactful areas of the home, typically the main living spaces such as the living room, kitchen, dining area, primary bedroom, and entryway. These rooms play a key role in buyers’ first impressions and emotional connection to the home.

Secondary bedrooms, home offices, or basements may be staged depending on the property’s layout, the target market, and your specific goals. Our team will provide recommendations during the consultation based on what will give you the greatest return on investment.

  • What is the timelime like?

The initial consultation takes about 1 hour. Once a plan is agreed upon, staging installation typically takes 1 day for most homes. Larger or more customized projects may take longer.

  • Why should I stage my home?

Staging can increase buyer interest, create a strong first impression, and often results in faster sales and higher offers. It helps buyers visualize how to use the space and feel emotionally connected to the home.

  • Do I need to stage my home in a hot market?

Even in a seller’s market, staged homes often sell faster and at a better price than unstaged ones. Staging helps your property stand out and can minimize time on the market.
